First launched as 2012 to celebrate a great year for Britain, we enjoyed it so much we've kept it, albeit with a different name. After brewing with a dazzling array of international ingredients we wanted to use the best of what was available back home. East Kent Goldings and Challenger hops from just down the road at Syndale farm, our house yeast, traditionally floor malted maris-otter barley and Kentish water are the ingredients that are the best of Britain.
