The most important part of a Saison is the wonderful bready, spicy yeast and we import ours especially for the Kent Green Hop Festival. This yeast produces the boss's favourite beers, so we keep it going just for him. We use the same malt bill and brewing process everytime, then find our freshest hops in the brewery.
